IMERYS Performance Minerals North America Announces Price Increase On Calcium Carbonate, Feldspar, Mica & Kaolin Products
Atlanta, GA, October 26, 2007 – Imerys Performance Minerals North America announces a product price increase from a minimum of 5% to a maximum of 10% per pound, dependent upon the grade, volume, and form, across its entire calcium carbonate, feldspar, mica and kaolin product portfolio. In addition, increases in transportation will be passed through for delivered accounts. The increase is effective December 1, 2007, or as current price agreements expire.
