IMERYS Performance Minerals North America Completes Divestiture of Gouverneur, New York Operations
Atlanta, GA, October 19, 2010 – Imerys has completed the divestiture of its Gouverneur, New York, operations to Gardenscape. Headquartered in Eau Claire, Pennsylvania, Gardenscape is a family-owned lawn and garden supplier for the wholesale market.
