Logistics and Customer Service

Imerys Performance Minerals has a global network of sales offices, sales managers and agents and distributors. Its logistics teams have many years of knowledge and experience and are part of an infrastructure that can create logistics solutions, which keeps the quality of customer service high, and supply chain costs low.

Our logistics expertise covers deliveries of small samples, 25 kg bags on pallets, big bags (FIBCs), bulk powder in air discharge tankers and slurries of selected minerals. Methods of delivery are by lorry, container, ship and for some locations, rail.

Handling Expertise

Our service does not stop at the point we deliver to customers. We can advise on the design of silos for calcium carbonate powders and kaolin and calcined kaolin powders, the handling of FIBCs, and the design of slurry handling systems.
