Polestar® 450

Calcined Kaolin

PoleStar® 450 is a dehydroxylated aluminum silicate produced by a controlled, high-temperature heating of a water-fractionated kaolin. PoleStar 450, predominately meta-kaolin, greatly improves the volume resistivity of polyvinyl chloride insulation compounds under both wet and dry conditions.
