Group Controller – Cyril GIRAUD

Effective June 1, 2007, Cyril GIRAUD will be appointed Group Controller.
From now on, the Imerys Finance Department is organized as follows:

Cyril GIRAUD is responsible for managing the network of divisions/business units Financial Controllers. In that capacity,he will play a key role in analysing the financial results of each division/business unit, in preparing the financial forecasts and in following-up large capital expanditure projects. Cyril will also be in charge of supporting the career development of our controllers and making sure that Imerys is recruiting new financial talents on a regular basis. Based in Paris, Cyril reports to Christophe Daulmerie.

Cyril joined Imerys in 1998 in a Strategy & Development role. He was then appointed Kiln Furniture Business Unit Controller. For the past years, he was Regional Controller of PMP Business Group in Asia Pacific.

Jean-Philippe ROUCHER, who also reports to Christophe, keeps his position of Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager. In that capacity, he is responsible for the production of our Group consolidated accounts and of our monthly financial reporting. In addition, Jean-Philippe is in charge of managing the relationship with the External Auditors.


Errol CORREA, Chief Technology Officer, and Guillaume DELACROIX, Strategy & Development Manager, also report to Christophe.
