IMERYS is a major supplier of high quality mineral additives to the paint, ink and coatings industries throughout the world.
Our extensive range of products includes kaolins, calcined kaolins and calcium carbonates. Other products that meet customer needs include feldspar and mica. In addition, the importance of titanium dioxide extension has never been more important in decorative paints. Opacifying extenders from Imerys can reduce a paint manufacturer’s total titanium dioxide requirement, while at the same time making savings in the raw material cost per litre of paint.
We specialize in high performance extenders that can improve paint performance and deliver significant savings in prime pigment levels.
Our portfolio contains products with many properties needed to produce high quality end-products including barrier properties, resin and TiO2 extension, enamel holdout, gloss, high brightness, low conductivity, low moisture, low viscosity, opacity, sheen and stain resistance.
