Calcined Kaolin

Glomax® LL is a medium particle size kaolin clay that has a long-standing history of performance as an extender pigment in paint systems where high whiteness and good opacifying properties are required. It also provides good sheen control and excellent scrub resistance in coatings applications. Glomax LL is also used in polymers to provide stiffness, dimensional stability and good electrical properties. Because the product has been heat-treated at a high temperature, Glomax LL offers good heat and chemical resistance. In addition, its low moisture content makes it appropriate foruse in some rubber applications.
